We want to limit any obstacles to access whether that be due to location, personal circumstance or any other reason, you should be able to access therapy in a safe, professional and engaging way.

This is why we have excitingly incorporated Coviu services to our clinic offerings and are able to offer Telehealth services for all of our wonderful clients and families (new and existing). This is possible for initial consults, advice clinics, therapy sessions and team meetings.

There are a number of benefits to using Telehealth services including:

What do I need to participate?

Chances are, you have everything you need to get started with Telehealth! To be able to participate in our telehealth sessions, our software requires:

  • Internet connection. To ensure call quality, we recommend a minimum of 600Kbps (0.6Mbps) upload speed and 600Kbps (0.6Mbps) download speed.

  • A device (laptop, desktop or ipad preferred) with front facing camera and in built microphone and speaker capabilities.

  • Specific resources that your therapist might suggest. For example - they might suggest a particular book from the library (to read along together); a whiteboard and whiteboard marker (for our literacy sessions) or our therapist may even recruit mum/dad to sit alongside their little one with a reward toy or game to help with continued involvement and engagement! These requirements are all individual and will be decided on a needs basis.
