Private Health Rebates

Learning for Life's therapists are registered and accredited providers under all of the major private health funds.

Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for rebates for assessment and/or therapy sessions. It is advised that you contact your fund prior to your appointment to ensure your eligibility and level of cover. 

If you'd like to confirm whether our therapists are registered with your specific fund - please contact the clinic via email or phone and we will happily enquire with your specific provider. 

Chronic Disease Management Program

Learning for Life is an accredited provider of Chronic Disease Management services for individuals, both children and adults, with complex care needs and may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate for some Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology visits each year. Children and adults may be eligible if they require services from more than one medical or allied health practitioner (e.g. Speech Pathology PLUS Psychology, Occupational therapy, Audiology, or Medical Specialist). Ask your GP for more information about your eligibility for a CDM program. Please note that this does not offer FULL cover, but rather a subsidised fee.

National Disability Insurance Scheme [NDIS]

You are able to access our clinic and clinicians via the NDIS program if you are under a self or plan managed arrangement. 

You're encouraged to have a look at the NDIS checklist to see if you or your child are eligible for services and funding. It is accessible via: https://www.ndis.gov.au/ndis-access-checklist
